The client had contacted us following a fire at one of the lighting switches. Though another contractor had performed an immediate replacement, the owner remained uneasy due to a lingering burnt smell and concerns over hidden risks. 

For her, safety and assurance were paramount, given that students regularly used the studio.

When our team arrived, we carried out a thorough inspection and discovered that the previously repaired switch was still wired with damaged cables. A serious hazard that could have led to another fire. Our specialists immediately replaced the containment and damaged cables, inspected the entire electrical system for wear and tear, and reinforced every connection point to prevent arcing.

Additionally, several ageing powerpoints showing signs of damage were replaced to further secure the space.
